All soft goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are returned in an unworn condition and with all original packing and labels attached.

All bats that are made to order are non returnable as these are a custom made option and therefore do not come with the option of a refund or exchange. Bats from my stock range are returnable for an exchange or refund, as long as they are returned within 14 days of delivery, in an unused condition and will be subject to a full check by myself before any refund is agreed.

All items will be sent via a fully tracked and insured postal option and a signature will often be required. Tracking information for your item will be provided for each order.
